Welcome to TryAnotherMS' forum. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible please take your time to read through this document, it will help you navigate through this forum. These rules can be changed without notice though normally we announce changes via announcement in all the forums.
1)Read before asking
2) Use the search function before posting. Chances are your question has already been answered.
3) Respect the netiquette: Lurk and get to know the forum before you post.
4) Keep the focus: Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved, locked or simply be deleted.
5) Be nice to each other and respect the moderator. Profanity and insults will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with another member turn to the respective moderator and if the moderator can't help you send a private message to a moderator or a GM.
6) Do NOT spam. No blatant advertising.
7) Keep the size of personal images down.
No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning.
9) Use a title that describes the content of your post. Don't use all caps or special characters to draw attention.
10) Do not send questions pertaining to topics of discussion on this board via personal messages or email to Moderators or Admins, they will be ignored.
11) Don't post just to increase your number of posts. If you have nothing to say on a certain matter then don't post. The number of posts on this board has no direct relation to the experience of a member.
12) How NOT to post on this forum:
5 minutes after your initial post you reply to your own post writing something like "Why is nobody helping me? I'm sure you know the answer". Once somebody replies to your thread but doesn't give you exactly the answer you've been expecting you insult them.
13) Do NOT double post.
14) The official language is English. Outside the translator forum English is the only allowed language.
15) Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.
16) Instructions by the moderator team are to be followed.
Custom User Titles and Signatures:
The custom user title, location field, profile picture and signature options are edited via your Profile. Custom user titles and the location field are displayed next to your posted text, under your user name. Profile pictures are shown in your public profile. Signatures, once created in your profile, are attached to the end of your posts (if you choose the option to include your signature).
1) Profile pictures cannot include sexually explicit or graphically intense images.
2) Profile Summary (and all other modules) cannot include or link to illegal encouragement, harassment, sexually explicit, or other non-family-friendly content.
3) You are not allow to have more than 2 signatures. Signatures are not allowed to be big.
We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.
If you don't comply with these rules you'll have to face a set of sanctions.
1 ) Advertising: Advertising, On the forum is strictly prohibited. No discussing of other private servers, No Link's to Website's including Nudity,Hacks, Drugs. We are a server that will not tolerate, any of these. Pornography Link's,Picture's that are on the forum, Your IP will be sent to Internet Secruity, an dealt with by them. As that is a top offense.
2 ) Spamming: Spamming, on the forum , is stricly prohibited. Posting, the same topic,reply message, Private message; Multiple times, is known as "spamming" which isn't allowed on our forums. If caught doing so. We will suspend your account, Thus a warning before.
3 ) Harassment: Harassment, on the forum, is strictly prohibited. Posting a reply, including that a (Player) is a Noob, or any type of foul vulgar language, Do not do this in another language, because this will apply for all languages. Harassment will not be tollerated in our forums. If found doing so, We as the Staff of TMS, will suspend your account, Thus a warning before.
4 ) Regarding topic's rightful place's: When posting a new topic on our forum, make sure you post it in the right section. For example don't post a ban appeal, in our Application's Section. It will later or moved as soon as possible, an will tell you, not to do it again.
5 ) Regarding Formats:Our formats are taken seriously, an we would like to inform you, as a registered user of our forum. To use our Format(s) with respect, take them seriously, If you don't use a format, we will tell you to first, re-write it, using our format. If don't even, after we told you to. It will be deleted. No exceptions. This also applies for "Ban Appeal" & "Staff Applications" which include all staff spots. (designer,coder,moderator,game master) etc.
6 ) Regarding our Chat Box: Our chat box, is a thing we added, for a player to use, in need of assistance by a staff member, or to just talk to other players. This will NOT be used for ...
Hacking Discussions: Including link's,website's. Video's are not allowed.
Vulgar language: in English, or other languages will NOT be tolerated in our chat box, From either a Player or a Staff Member.
Spamming: if found spamming. You will be Suspended for fifteen minute(s). If your caught (spamming) advertising another server, using our chat box, You will be banned from our server,forum, an chat box.
6 ) Warn System: Our warn system will apply by first, If the registered or guest user, disobey any of these rules. It will come with a warn for the first notice, the second notice will be done as a suspension for two-three days. Depending on what he or she have done. The last an final notice will be a Permenent ban, from the forum. Thus your I.P Will be blocked from our forum.
