Punishments:
Hacking: results in a whipe of all your characters on that account or permanent ban
Insulting the Admin or a GM : can be results in a temporaly or permanent ban (depends how rude it was)
Falsely banned: you will be unbanned >> afther the team have discuse about it and are agree with eachother
If you do not follow the rules and lie on your ban appeal you will be permanent banned
